Policy Pal Manager Portal

Terms and Conditions

Please review the information below before using Policy Pal.

Policy Pal Terms and Conditions

Policy Pal helps organisations and schools manage policy documents, school connections, licence status, rollout activity, and cached reporting information.

What data is collected

  • Organisation, school, and user account details needed to operate the portal.
  • School licence information, activation keys, and secure shared secrets used to connect school websites.
  • Policy metadata such as titles, slugs, expiry dates, rollout history, and cached reporting summaries.
  • Plugin release information and update checks linked to activation keys and licensed domains.

How the service is used

PolicyPal allows schools to activate the plugin, manage licence status, and use the school connection workflow.

PolicyPal+ also enables remote policy rollout, remote reporting, and portal-managed policy monitoring for connected schools.

Reporting and connections

When a school is connected, the portal stores connection status, cached report data, and policy inventory data so authorised users can see policy coverage and missing required policies.

Responsibilities

Organisations are responsible for keeping their school, user, and policy information accurate and for sharing activation keys only with authorised school staff.

If you have questions about how your data is used, please contact your Policy Pal administrator.
